You can create weather packages from multiple weather days. Click on its expand arrow to see a package’s weather days and FDRs. You can also see a specific weather day chart by clicking on the overflow menu (three dots).
You can add weather packages to BFRMP and Modelled Impact Time projects when you set up the project or when editing run settings. You can also add them to Weather Regions.
You cannot make changes to existing weather packages. Instead, create a new weather package, and choose different FDR values for the same weather days.
Create a weather package
On the RMP side navigation, click Settings.
Click Weather library.
Click the Packages tab.
Click Create package
Select NetCDF or Point Data.
Add a description for your package by clicking the edit button and click Save.
Under Add weather day, search for a day by its description or date.
When you find the weather day you want to add to your package, click the plus button. You can add up to 500 weather days.
Under Weather days, use the dropdown menus to select an FDR (Fire Danger Rating) and Driver for each weather day.
If creating a NetCDF weather package, click on a weather day table row to view it geospatially. Use the layers and play button to view the weather change over time on the map.
If creating a Point data weather package, click on a weather day table row to view its charts.
Once you have finished adding weather days, click Create package.
(Optional) Click Back to review your weather package.
You will not be able to make changes to your weather package later.
When satisfied with your weather package, click Create package.
Archive a weather package
On the RMP side navigation, click Settings.
Click Weather library.
Click the Packages tab.
On the weather package you want to archive, click its overflow menu.
Click Archive weather package.
