Step one: Create project
On the RMP side navigation, click Modelling projects.
Click Create project in the top right of the screen to open a pop-up window.
Select a Type of project from the dropdown menu.
Search for one or more BFMCs.
(Optional) Type any additional details or relevant notes about your project in the Notes field.
You can edit your notes later.
Click Next to review your project details and code.
RMP automatically generates a unique Project code.
(Optional) To edit any of the project’s details, click Back.
When you are satisfied with the details of your project, click Create project.
When you create a project, you are the project owner.
Step two: Complete required setup
Add Fire Danger Ratings (FDR)
Add the Fire Danger Rating (FDR) values for your project.
Values must add up to 100 in the Probability of FDR column.
Click Save and continue.
Upload required Weather Streams
Select a weather package from the weather library or drag and drop your own point data weather XLSX file into the grey box.
Click Upload.
Running and managing your project
Different project types have shared tasks and features. For information on how to run and manage your project, see Common tasks and features.
Step three: Start Run
After Clicking start run a Model will appear to choose the run mode. the user is given a choice of running the project using either Phoenix or Spark by clicking on the radio button
Decide if you want to run it in the cloud or On Premises
When satisfied with the selected options click on the green button in the bottom right hand corner
Please ensure all options are double checked before proceeding
